Amstrad iRAM640 kit

This is a kit to build your own internal 640kb ram expansion for your amstrad cpc 6128 computer. it includes all the hard to find components. you can buy this kit and source the other parts by yourself and then build it.

This kit includes
1) PCB
2) SRAM chip
3) programmed PAL chips
4) 74hct174 logic cip
5) pin headers and sockets

Doesn't include
1) 22uF 16V electrolitic capacitor
2) 4.7K ohm resistor
3) 4x 100nF ceramic capacitors
